Ingredients- serves 1
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon of prepared PB2
- 1 tablespoon of prepared PB2 Choc
- Core apple, and slice into 0.5cm slices
- Spread the PB2 on to the flesh side of the apple, and place the apple on a plate skin side down.
- Stack the next slice of apple. Spread a layer of the PB2 choc onto the top side of the apple.
- Continue this process alternating the two different spreads until you have used all the slices of apple.
- Serve with a cup of tea, and enjoy.
