Kale Chips

Salted Kale Chips

Ingredients:
• a bunch of kale
• tablespoon of coconut oil
• sea salt

Method:

1. In a large bowl mix coconut oil and kale,  using your hands to ensure each piece of kale is covered in oil.
2. Sprinkle salt over kale, again using your hands to mix it all around.
3. Place kale onto an oven tray, spreading it out to ensure a thing layer of kale over the tray. This ensures the kale is evenly baked.
4. Put the tray into the oven and bake at around 70ºC until kale is crispy.
5. Stand to cool and eat

Sweet and Salty Kale Chips

Ingredients:
• a bunch of kale
• tablespoon of coconut oil
• sea salt
• natvia

Method:
1. In a large bowl mix coconut oil and kale,  using your hands to ensure each piece of kale is covered in oil.
2. Sprinkle salt and natvia over kale, again using your hands to mix it all around.
3. Place kale onto an oven tray, spreading it out to ensure a thing layer of kale over the tray. This ensures the kale is evenly baked.
4. Put the tray into the oven and bake at around 70ºC until kale is crispy.
5. Allow to cool, and enjoy.

Speculoos Kale Chips

Ingredients:
• a bunch of kale
• tablespoon of coconut oil
• speculoos seasoning
• natvia

Method:
1. In a large bowl mix coconut oil and kale,  using your hands to ensure each piece of kale is covered in oil.
2. Sprinkle speculoos and natvia over kale, again using your hands to mix it all around.
3. Place kale onto an oven tray, spreading it out to ensure a thing layer of kale over the tray. This ensures the kale is evenly baked.
4. Put the tray into the oven and bake at around 70ºC until kale is crispy.
5. Allow to cool, and enjoy
