Carrot Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons carrot puree

  • 100g mixed frozen berries
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop egg white protein powder
  • water as needed

Method:

  1. Boil carrots until soft.
  2. Blend carrots into a puree.
  3. Cool carrot puree.
  4. Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until desired consistency. Adding water as needed.
  5. Drink immediately 🙂
