Ingredients: 2 cups juice pulp 1 egg 2 teaspoons coconut flour herbs and spices to taste (I used chili and Italian herbs) Method: Place juice pulp into a blender, and combine well. Protein Fruit & Vege Pulp Bread

Ingredients: 2 cups fruit/vegetables pulp 2 scoops protein powder ( I used egg white powder) 2 eggs 1.5 tablespoons coconut flour 1 teaspoon baking powder salt to taste Method : Preheat oven to around 180ºC. Prepare a bread loaf tray. In a blender, blend the pulp to make it as smooth as possible. You may need to remove any skins or seeds from the pulp. Blueberry Jam Chocolate Hearts (sugar, dairy free)

Ingredients: 2 tablespoon coconut oil 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (I used 1%) 1 teaspoon sugar free blueberry jam Method: Melt coconut oil. Add cocoa powder. Fill the bottom of a heart shaped chocolate mold. Place in freezer to set for around 5 minutes. Mix the Greek yogurt with the jam. Remove mold from freezer and top each chocolate base with the yogurt mixture. Return molds to the freezer to set. This should take an hour or two. Once set, remove the chocolates from the molds.
