Ingredients: 40g coconut oil 15g cocoa powder 1 tablespoon made Choc Pb2 1 tablespoon sugar free jam natvia to taste Method: Melt coconut oil. Stir in cocoa powder and natvia. In a heart shaped chocolate mold, cover the bottom only of each section. Ensure you leave enough room for the rest of the fillings. Place this in the freezer for a few minutes. Sweet Potato and Berry Ice cream with Peanut Butter Swirl

Ingredients: 50g sweet potato 30g pumpkin and turnip 50g mixed berries 20-50ml almond milk 20g peanut butter (I mixed choc pb2 with some natural peanut butter Cinnamon Natvia Method: Peel and chop sweet potato, turnip and pumpkin into small cubes. Place into a pot of water and boil on the stove, until the sweet potato, pumpkin and turnip are soft. Allow to cool. Salted Kale Chips Ingredients: • a bunch of kale • tablespoon of coconut oil • sea salt Method: 1. In a large bowl mix coconut oil and kale,  using your hands to ensure each piece of kale is covered in oil. 2. Sprinkle salt over kale, again using your hands to mix it all around. 3. Place kale onto an oven tray, spreading it out to ensure a thing layer of kale over the tray. This ensures the kale is evenly baked. 4. Choc-Berry PB Hemp Protein Shake

Ingredients- Serves 1 1 scoop hemp protein (I used Strawberry flavoured) 1 scoop egg white protein powder 1 tablespoon of egg whites 1 cup mixed frozen berries 1 teaspoon Chocolate PB2 (powdered peanut butter) 100ml almond milk cold water as needed Method: Place all ingredients into a large cup Using a handheld stick blender, blend all ingredients thoroughly. Apple and Peanut Butter Delight

Ingredients- serves 1 1 apple 1 tablespoon of prepared PB2 1 tablespoon of prepared PB2 Choc Method: Core apple, and slice into 0.5cm slices Spread the PB2 on to the flesh side of the apple, and place the apple on a plate skin side down. Stack the next slice of apple. Spread a layer of the PB2 choc onto the top side of the apple. Continue this process alternating the two different spreads until you have used all the slices of apple. Coconut and Peanut Butter Swirl

Ingredients- Serves 1 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (in a liquid state) 1 tablespoon cocoa powder natvia to taste 1 tablespoon of prepared PB2 (powdered peanut butter, can use ordinary peanut butter) Method: Mix coconut oil with cocoa powder and natvia Poor chocolate mixture onto a piece of glad wrap. I used a freezer bag. You might want to put the glad wrap onto a Tupperware lid or plate. This make moving the chocolate easier.
